Siiri Roseanne Sampson (Eli &Sofia, Gene and Kathleen, Sam and his ex,Nonda,then Siiri) has emerged as our family prize-winning foodie! You can follow her food adventures on her website, "A Half Cup." But here's the latest: Two years ago, Siiri was a finalist in the competition to create a recipe that incorporated Girl Scout Cookies; I just found out that last year, she was a winner in creating a dish at "The Bite of Seattle;" and now, she is in the top 5 for this year's Girl Scout competition! Her entry is a donut stamped from packaged croissant dough, stuffed with Girl Scout Samosa cookie crumbs in cream, and topped with toasted cocoanut.
